Built expansively over three levels on a dramatic hillside seafront plot, its indoor living and dining areas open directly onto dramatic wrap-around decks. Outdoor dining and sunning areas encircle a classic infinity-edge swimming pool which dissolves itself into the Andaman Sea and its stunning sunsets.

Villa 2 is serviced by a full time, live-in staff consisting of one cook and one housekeeper. Perched dramatically between 40 to 60 meters above sea level, these oceanfront villas offer spectacular panoramic views to the west and north over the Andaman Sea and Nakalay beach and to the south across Patong Bay.

• The Samsara Estate is patrolled 24 hours per day by a 3-man security team
• The Estate has a backup generator which kicks in automatically in case of a local power outage
• The on-site villa manager's office has a fax machine available to all guests
